"It's not my time to go"

More details of Madonna's brush with death have emerged. When The Queen of Pop was found unresponsive in her New York home, those who discovered her lifeless body were forced to administer a Narcan® injection.

Often found in medical kits of the rich and famous, Narcan is an emergency treatment used to reverse the life-threatening effects of an overdose.

But luckily for Madge, it's also used to reverse acute septic shock in patients, which occurs when blood pressure drops to a low level after an infection caused by any bacteria.

There's nothing at all to suggest the James Bond theme tune artist needed the needle for the ill effects of drug use.
